The device makes the ports of personal computer and programmable logic controller (PLC) into enable state by remote control. The device includes a central processing unit (20) which controls data communication, a data transmission /receiving unit (21) which transfers data, a communication driving/receiver (22) which is driven by input data, self and corresponding connectors (23)(27), an interface control unit (26) which controls the interface uint by output state of the communication driving/receiver (22), and a key matrix unit (25) which transfers data to an interface unit(24).
