METHOD FOR DATA TRANSMISSION BETWEEN HOST AND NODE COMPUTERS OF PARALLEL PROCESSING SYSTEM

The method provides an external storage access method for the computer network so that the host computer is connected with several mode computers through VME bus and each node computer has stand alone environment. The method comprises; the first step of transfering control on the VMEIF after inputting the address data length and starting address to VMEIF latch; the second step of requesting VME bus employment to VME arbiter; the third step of transfering the control to the node computer.
