PURPOSE:To improve adhesive strength, initial adhesive properties. heat resistance, and water resistance by combining the main component comprising a soln. obtd. by dissolving a thermoplastic polyester-urethane resin and a tackifier in a solvent with a curative comprising a polyisocyanate compd. CONSTITUTION:A hydroxyl-terminated satd. polyester resin obtd. by condensing a polybasic acid with a polyhydroxyl compd. is reacted with a diisocyanate compd. in a molar ratio of the active hydroxyl groups of the resin to the isocyanate groups of the diisocyanate compd. of about 1:1, giving a thermoplastic polyester-urethane resin having an average mol.wt. of 10,000-500.000. 100 pts.wt. mixture of the urethane resin with a (hydrogenated) acetophenone-formaldehyde resin as a tackifier is dissolved in 50-500 pts.wt. solvent to give the main component. 100 pts.wt. the main component is combined with 1-200 pts.wt. curative comprising a polyisocyanate compd. |
