<p>The invention relates to a rising-pipe holder for a valve provided with an internal bag in an aerosol can. The rising-pipe holder consists of an integrally cast or injection-moulded body of plastic, comprising two coaxially arranged pipes, a rising pipe being insertable above the inner pipe and a valve being insertable in a region of the outer pipe projecting upwards beyond the inner pipe, and the internal bag consisting of a plastic film or a film laminate being weldable to a lower region of the outer pipe.
