<p>A hardened centering and ejection sleeve having a number of slits running lengthwise is fitted to the face of a calibrating mandrel by pre-loading to be axially symmetrical. As a result of the slits in the sleeve, the segments produced are formed as centering cams with a centering surface bearing at any angle, alternating with ejection cams having a machined face.</p> |
