<p>Synthetic resins are cast by (a) positioning a core e.g. foamed polyurethane in which at least the edge zone is relatively elastic, the transverse dimensions being slightly greater than the definitive transverse dimensions of the core, (b) enclosing the core with at least one thin layer of a resistance providing synthetic resin, (c) loading the core with the cover, and (d) fastening the cover so that the cast part is obtained in its predetermined final shape and dimensions.</p> |
