摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To detect the temperature of intake air without being affected by the heat of a heating resistor by installing a heat sensitive element for measuring the temperature of the intake air on a supporting medium on which the heating resistor and a heat sensitive resistor are provided. CONSTITUTION:A main and by-pass air passage 2 and 3 are provided in parallel in the main body 1 of an air flow rate measuring instrument and a heating resistor 4 for measuring the flow rate of intake air of the passage 3 and a heat sensitive resistor 5 for compensating the temperature of the intake air are provided in the main passage 2 while the resistors 4 and 5 are fixed on a supporting medium 6 by means of a supporting body 9 provided separately from another supporting body 7. The resistors 4 and 5 and a heat sensitive element 8 are connected to the same drive circuit 10 and to the outside through a connector 11. Since the element 8 is arranged on the supporting body 7 which is the same as the supporting body 7 supporting the resistors 4 and 5, the temperature of the intake air can be detected with a high accuracy.</p>
