<p>PURPOSE:To form means for radially holding ends of a concentrated winding and means for insulating a stator core from the winding with low cost. CONSTITUTION:A stator 10 comprises a stator core 12 made of a laminate of a magnetic laminated core, and a winding 14 incorporated in a concentrated winding form in slots 16 of the core 12. A pair of laminated core 20 disposed at both axial ends of the core 12 have a pair of protrusions 24 disposed radially separately at a predetermined interval from protruding tooth elements for forming a plurality of protruding teeth 18 by laminating. The protrusions 24 are formed by pressing the elements of the core 20 to radially hold winding ends 14a at both axial ends of the core 12. Further, walls of the clots 16, both axial end faces of the teeth 18 and surfaces of the protrusions 24 are coated with films for electrically insulating the core 12 from the winding 14.</p> |
