PURPOSE:To provide high polymer porous particles consisting of various high polymer compounds or a high polymer compound having biodegradability. CONSTITUTION:A production method of the high polymer porous particles has a process by which the high polymer compound is dissolved into an organic solvent to obtain an organic solvent solution, an injection and dispersion process by which the organic solvent solution is injected into an aqueous solution dissolved a water soluble high polymer compound through orifices to form plural pieces organic solvent solution as globular particles in the aqueous solution and disperse them, and a drying process to dry the organic solvent from the globular particles.
