摘要 Fish or seafood sausages are made and conserved by chopping the material into a homogeneous paste, with various added ingredients, egg and flour, which are introduced into a synthetics casing to form shaped sausages. These are then baked for several min.; the casing is peeled off and the sausages are encased in a sealed envelope and sterilised with boiling water.
