PURPOSE:To obtain the signal processor performing a scramble processing and a descramble processing which are capable of controlling how to see according to purposes, regarding a scramble device for limiting a reproducer at the time of the reproduction of video data. CONSTITUTION:An original signal is the video signal in conformity to an MPEG standard, and a code detector 1 reads each code, detects 'dct- type' signal and transmits the detected signal to a random number generator 2. The random number generator 2 generates a random number column based on a scramble key, performs an exclusive OR operation between the output from the random number generator 2 and the original signal via an exclusive OR circuit 3 and a scramble signal is obtained. On a reproduction side, an inverse conversion processing is performed in the same constitution. Thus, the signal can be utilized as only a special effect other than a scramble effect control. |
