<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture tension bands in large quantities continuously and consistently, to reduce the number of processes and a control operation between the individual processes and to easily supply the tension bands in an assembly operation. CONSTITUTION:A band-member supply apparatus 2 supplies a band-member material 1a in a connected state (a band-member supply process). Then, a working machine 3 conducts a cutout operation, a punching operation, a cutting operation and the like (a working process). A molding apparatus 4 sandwiches and holds the band-member material 1a to which the operations have been conducted, it molds and fixes the band-member material 1a to a mounting member 21 at an interval corresponding to the required length of individual tension bands A, B, and it manufactures a tension-band material 5 (a molding and fixing process). After that, the tension-band material 5 to which the mounting member 21 has been fixed is taken up continuously on a reel 7 for a takeup machine 6.</p> |
