<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the occupation area of the copying machine by providing an operation part which is open when used in front of one of drawing units in a foldable state. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part is formed in the external surface of the front plate 12b of a drawing unit 12, and a console panel (operation part) 17 for setting a copy quantity, copy magnifications, etc., is provided so that the console panel can free 17 be folded into the recessed part by nearly 90' rotating operation around the lower part side as a fulcrum of rotation. This console panel 17 is constituted as what is called a push open type and opened by pushing its external surface 17a. Therefore, its operation surface is exposed when this console panel 17 is opened, and various key operations are enabled; and a display part 21 is provided on the operation surface together with a print key 18, a ten-key 19, various mode keys, and other keys and all the modes that this copying machine has can be set.</p> |
