<p>PURPOSE:To produce a heat-resistant conveyor roll free of asbestos and without generating a blanking scrap when a disk roll is produced. CONSTITUTION:A specified number of the doughnut disk materials consisting of a heat-resistant material are inserted into a roll shaft, compressed from both ends of the shaft and fixed to constitute a heat-reistant conveyor roll. In this case, the disk material consists of a sheet formed by extruding a mixture of 20-50wt.% of the inorg. fiber except asbestos and org.fiber, 8-20wt.% rubber, 3-5wt.% of rubber chemicals and 25-50wt.% filler. The roll is produced by blanking the doughnut material out of the sheet, drying the material, inserting a specified number of the materials into a roll shaft, compressing the materials from both ends of the shaft to fix the materials, firing the materials at a specified temp. and finally polishing the surface.</p> |
