摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the resin coated steel wire having excellent lubricity and corrosion resistance capable of omitting stages for coating working fluid and subsequent degreasing at the time of working. CONSTITUTION:This steel wire having the excellent lubricity and corrosion resistance is constituted by forming a resin film which is mainly composed of an aq. resin and contains 2.5 to 30wt.% fluororesin particles and 1 to 30wt.% silica particles as SiO2 at a ratio of 0.5 to 50g/m<2> on the surface of the steel wire.
