The method is to supply the external frame with the some size-cut tape-formed material to a rectangular molding frame and to softly bond the folded parts after folding the each sides of the supplied tape-formed material in the upper middle part of the molding frame. The method comprises a step for setting a flexible molding frame in a main frame (1), a step for setting a soft molding device in the upper center of a molding frame, and a step for setting the front and rear movable pinching apparatus in the upper center of the molding frame.
