PURPOSE:To detect a temp. independently of the fluctuation in an analog reference voltage by allowing a current of an amt. equal to that of a series circuit of resistors for generating the reference voltage to let flow to the series circuit of resistors incorporating the resistors with temp. dependency. CONSTITUTION:Feedback is applied by an operational amplifier AMP7, and the current through a pMOS transistor TR4 is controlled so that the voltage of an input contact VZERO of an A/D converter 110 becomes the analog reference voltage Vref. When the resistance values of the resistors R1-R10 of polysilicon are defind as (r), the current value I flowing to an array for bias becomes I=Vref/(6.r), and the voltage of the input contact VFULL of the A/D converter 110 becomes VFULL=(4/6).Vref. On the other hand, the same amt. of current flows to the array for temp. detection also, and when the resistance values of ion implantation resistors 11, 12 are defind as (r'), the voltage of the input contact VIN becomes I.(3r+2r')=(1/2.Vref+(1/3).(r'/r).Vref, and the output is stabilized. |
