PURPOSE:To provide a feed rich in nutrients useful for chicken growth and improving egg quality and low in contamination of harmful bacteria, containing krill or extract therefrom. CONSTITUTION:The objective feed can be obtained by incorporating 0.001-50wt.% of krill (e.g. of Antarctic origin) or extract therefrom in a chicken feed. The feed obtained is rich in vitamin A, vitamin B, calcium, EPA, DHA, astaxanthin, phosphatidyl-choline, phosphatidyl-ethanolamine, chitin, etc. |
