PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition which can ensure the high stability of the formed organic proxy acid in an aqueous solution even in the presence of transition metal ions and is highly effective to remove the yellowing, etc., of underwear by mixing a specified silicate with a bleaching activator and a surfactant. CONSTITUTION:This detergent composition is prepared by mixing a crystalline silicate (A) of formula I (wherein M is H or a group Ia element; Me is a group IIa, IIb, IIIa, IVa or VIII element; b/a=0.5-4.0; c/a=0-1.0; and n/m=0.5-2.0) and having an ion exchange capacity of at least 100MgCaCO3/g or above or its hydrate, a bleaching activator (B) which is represented by formula II (wherein L is a leaving group; and R is a 11-13 C linear alkyl group) and reacts with hydrogen peroxide in water to form an organic peroxy acid and a hydrogen- peroxide-releasing substance (C) and a nonionic surfactant (D) which takes the form of a slurry or a liquid at 25 deg.C. The mixing ratio is such that 0.1-20wt.% component A, 0.1-15wt.% component B, 1-20wt.% component C and 3-20wt.% component D are used. |
