PURPOSE:To express sand silk tone with a feeling equal to that of silk in a fabric, by partly impregnating a polyester fabric with a reduction promoter containing a quaternary ammonium salt, and then hardening it by heating, and conducting alkali treatment. CONSTITUTION:A fabric comprising polyester fibers <=3 denier in single fiber fineness is partly printed with a reduction promoter composed of a quaternary ammonium salt, penetrant and sizing agent by e.g. screen printing or roll printing method, and then hardened by heating, and conducting caustic reduction, thus expressing sand silk tone with a feeling equal to that of silk in a fabric. |
