Commercial hothouse construction method - using pairs of rods having horizontal metal stays fitted in between which hook with lip to base of rods and are fastened by self-tapping screws

The hot house construction uses pairs of rods (9) with stays (4) which are fitted above the level of their centres. The horizontal stays are fitted between the pairs of rods and a cam-profile (8). The stays are solid metal bars with a diam. of 13 mm, and a length of 1 metre. The stays hook at each end by a lip (13) and are fastened with self-tapping screws (14) connected to the base of the rods.
