PURPOSE:To obtain underfill-free polyurethane foams by preventing a foaming stock liquid from jetting out and forming balls, thus improving productivity and reducing costs involved. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of polyurethane foam moldings, using a male mold 12 and a female mold 13, a pin 4 having a through hole from the tip portion or a portion near the tip to the other end, is provided in any sites of the male mold, pieces of a porous substance are placed in such a manner that the pieces will cover the tip or a portion near it, then a polyurethane foaming stock liquid is injected into the female mold, and the male mold is set to make the liquid foamed. And then gas is discharged from the penetrated hole of the pin. |
