PURPOSE:To obtain the material having excellent cracking resistance and heat resistance and improved mechanical characteristics. CONSTITUTION:In a casting material of epoxy resin comprising an epoxy resin, an acid anhydride, an inorganic filler and rubber particles having skin of a thermoplastic resin, (1) the complex acrylic rubber particles have an epoxy group on the surface, (2) the inorganic filter is alumina powder, the alumina powder has 6mum-16mum average particle diameter and >=10vol.% of the alumina powder has >=20mum particle diameter or (3) >=90vol.% of the complex rubber particles are dispersed as single particles having <=1mum particle diameter to provide the objective casting material of epoxy resin.
