<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the breaking of a sheet material to be rolled when rolling speed is in a low speed region. CONSTITUTION:In the case that rolling speed 1 is slowed down from the max. rolling speed 2 toward a rolling speed 4 for flying changing, the control target values of rolling load control 6 and the control 10 of tension between stands are switched at timing 5. In this way, the amount of increment of a rolling load at the rolling speed 4 for flying changing is restrained. And at the point of time when it becomes timing 9, the control target values are returned to the original values.</p> |
