<p>PURPOSE:To form with high precision a recess for positioning a heat-radiating body in an eyelet and a hole for inserting a lead by press processing without causing a distortion or burr. CONSTITUTION:When a recess 220 for positioning a heat-radiating body is formed in an eyelet by press processing, a part of portions that do not impair positioning functions of the recess 220 formed in the eyelet 200 expands to an eyelet part 200a to be opened for a hole 24 for inserting a lead and its peripheral part. Next, in the eyelet part 200a thinly formed inside a part that the recess 220 expands, the hole 24 for inserting a lead is opened by cutoff processing, so that it is prevented that burr is caused in an inside peripheral edge 24a in an opening at a lower end of the hole for inserting a lead, or a peripheral edge of the recess 220 is bent inwardly so that a heat-radiating body becomes hard to engage with the recess 220.</p> |
