IMAGE MEMORY STRUCTURE

The structure is designed to randomly read image memory information. and store information on the image memory by block unit. The structure comprises a low address input unit (13) selecting the word line with arbitrary number (V) on the RBA mode; a column data input unit storing the external data or memory array stored data; a serial data input/output (15) sequentially outputting the memory array data according to serial mode; and a RBA mode controller performing RBA mode according to the RBEN input signal.
