The plate is to minimize the effect of electromagnetic wave to the human body and to radiate the far infrared rays. The plate includes an image display unit which is needed to shield the harzadous waves like an electromagnetic wave, and infrared radiation materials which is coated on the upper side of the shielding plate. The far infrared radiation material consists of one or mixture out of Al2O3, SiO2, MgO, ZaO2, Fe2O3, MnO2, CuO, Co3O4, NiO, Cr2O3, TiO2, B2O3, Na2O, K2O, MO2O3, CaO and BaO.
