REMOVER FOR SNOW ACCRETION PREVENTIVE RING

PURPOSE:To allow positive cut-off of a snow accretion preventive ring by setting the cutters of the snow accretion preventive ring rotatably at more than three points around a wire where the ring can be cut radially from the center and then rotating the cutter. CONSTITUTION:When a wire 3 is inserted into the central inserting part 11 of a snow accretion preventive ring 1, the cutters 12 are set radially from the center at more than three points on a circle around the wire 3. The cutters 12 are fitted rotatably to a fixing plate 14 around the rotary shaft 13 and then the fixing plate 14 is slid depending on the diameter or the cutting depth of the wire 3 and positioned in place before the ring 2 is cut off. This structure allows to remove the snow accretion preventive ring 2 automatically by mechanically winding the wire 3 by means of a winch, for example.
