PURPOSE:To enhance the operability of reception and transmission by storing a routine message with a high respectively frequency as an abbreviated code and representing information and receiving only the abbreviated code and sending the message. CONSTITUTION:A communication content received by a communication equipment 1 is stored in a storage device 5. A communication content analyzer 2 analyzes a reception content to discriminate whether or not the content is correct and the received content is displayed on a display device 3 as a picture. When the confirmation of the received content is entered by a reception content confirmation key 4, a transmission content selection device 9 outputs the content of character information registered in a transmission content entry device 7, an abbreviated code corresponding thereto, a telephone number of a transmission destination registered in a transmission destination entry device 8 and an abbreviation code corresponding to the telephone number from a transmission content storage device 6 to the communication equipment 1 in response to the operation of a transmission content selection key 10 and a transmission destination selection key 11. Thus, the load of operation for the routine message transmission with a high frequency of transmission is relieved and then the operability is enhanced.
