PURPOSE:To accurately control the input power and cooling by controlling the output of a DC-DC converter at a set value with the signal obtained on the basis of a difference between a computed value of the input power and a preset power value. CONSTITUTION:Voltage of direct current output of a DC-DC converter 4 is detected by a voltage detecting circuit 7, which is formed of resistances R1, R2, and input to a microcomputer CPU 8, and the CPU 8 reads in a voltage value converted by a digital converter. Similarly, the output current of the DC-DC converter 4 is detected by a current detecting circuit 6, and the CPU 8 reads a current value, which is converted to the digital signal, with a processor CPU, and multiplies a voltage value with a current value to compute a power value. At this stage, the micro processor CPU compares a computed power value with a set value, which is inputted by a setting key 10, to obtain a difference between them. On the basis of this difference, the CPU sends the signal to a high frequency inverter unit 9. A high frequency inverter unit 4 is operated at a pulse width for making the computed power value equal to a set power value. |
