<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a schedule generation time from being wasted and reduce variance of a schedule, to improve the operation time efficiency of a product producing process and the utilization efficiency of raw materials, etc., to solve the problem of deficient skilled production supervisors, and to automatically correct a production plan by reflecting production actual result information. CONSTITUTION:A production managing computer 1 generates daily production schedule tables from a long-period production schedule table by file conversion software by utilizing spread sheet software, and they are downloaded to a process control computer 3 by using communication software; and a schedule execution schedule is generated while the execution possibility of the production schedule is checked by products included in the daily production schedules, and the schedule is executed through a computer 5 for control. The process control computer 3 consists of a communication control program, a schedule control program, a quality management program, and an actual result gathering program.</p> |
