PURPOSE:To decrease the quantity of new data to be transmitted simultaneously, and also, to provide a large quantity of information by constituting a weather forecast packet of only a weather forecast message being different from weather which is apt to be generated on the day concerned every year. CONSTITUTION:With regard to each region shown in the upper column of a tendency table 10 of weather, a tendency of weather extending several years in the past is investigated, and when for instance, there are many 'fine weather' days on O month X day, the table is prepared by representing the weather on that day in its region by 'fine'. Also, a region table constitutes a part of a weather forecast packet 20, and each region thereof corresponds to each region in the upper column of the tendency table 10. At present, when a weather forecast of a certain region is the same as weather in the tendency table 10 of weather, its region is shown by '1' on the region table, and when they are not the same, its region is shown by '0'. In such a way, the weather forecast packet 20 to be sent out is constituted of only a weather forecast message being different from specific weather which is apt to be generated on the day concerned every year. |
