PURPOSE:To allocate a channel to as many mobile stations as possible while effectively utilizing the channel at a control station at a maximum by controlling the allocating amounts of the channel between mobile stations and a channel for public line connection based on a call amount. CONSTITUTION:A call amount calculation part 22 detects an inter-mobile station connection request signal and a public line connection request signal outputted from mobile stations 1-6 or telephone sets 7-8 and calculates the call amounts of those inter-mobile station connection request signal and public line connection request signal within a certain time. On the other hand, a waiting time calculation part 23 calculates the waiting time of inter-mobile station connection and the waiting time of public line connection. Then, an allocating amount control part 24 calculates and controls the allocating amount by comparing the calculated values of the cell amount calculation part 22 and the waiting time calculation part 23 with respective set values. Thus, the number of mobile stations, which can not start mobile station since the channel is not allocated as the result of increasing the number of mobile stations to allocate the channel, can be decreased. |
