<p>PURPOSE:To easily form a rugged shape on one surface of an optical film. CONSTITUTION:On the optical film 6, a rugged pattern forming layer 8 is formed by applying the coating liq. dispersing high mol.wt. silicone into the resin soln. having less wettability with the silicone on a supporting body 7. The silicone dispersed in the resin soln. is floculated to form nucleus, and moves to a sinking direction in a coating film, and convection is generated. In this way, the rugged pattern is formed on the coating film. The rugged pattern may be formed only on one surface. The desired rugged pattern in shape and depth, etc., is formed by changing the viscosity and coating film thickness.</p> |
