PURPOSE:To reduce the error of positional measurement by simple constitution, and to improve the accuracy of position control by juxtaposing and unifying a magnetizing section for driving and a magnetizing section for detecting the position with an electromagnet for driving and separating a space between both magnetizing sections so that the offset variation of the output waveform of a sensor for detecting the position is kept within a specific value. CONSTITUTION:A linear type 10 consists of a magnet 20 for driving with a magnetizing section 22 for driving and a magnetizing section 24 for detecting a position and a moving means 30, in which a coil section 34 and a magnetic sensor 36 are mounted on a housing 32. The magnet 20 for driving is formed in a solid cylindrical rod, N poles and S poles are magnetized alternately in the longitudinal direction along the upper section of the magnet 20 for driving in the magnetizing section 22 for driving, and the magnetizing section 24 for detecting the position is magnetized to the lower section of the magnet 20 for driving in parallel with the magnetizing section 22 for driving. A distance 26 between the magnetizing section 22 for driving and the magnetizing section 24 for detecting the position is set so that the offset variation of the output waveform of the magnetic sensor 36 for detecting the position is kept within 38% of peak voltage at that time. |
