CONSTITUTION:This device comprises a resin insulation layer 2 formed on an aluminum plate 1, a copper-nickel layer 10 formed at least as a resisting body on the resin insulation layer 2, at least two aluminum electrodes 8A and 8B which are formed at a predetermined interval on the copper-nickel layer 10 with one of the electrodes connected to MOS-FET4, and an arbitrary number of aluminum wires 9 connected between these aluminum electrodes. |
