<p>PURPOSE:To accurately assemble a clamp sensor with the simple work without requiring skillfulness by assembling a pair of core members and a Hall element with a core holder as a reference. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic core 10 is provided with a pair of core members 11, 12, which are respectively formed into a nearly L-shape of two edges crossing each other, and a core holder 30 as a reference is used at the time of assembling. The holder 30 is formed of a box material, of which top surface is opened, and the inside thereof is formed with recessed parts 31, 32 for positioning each edge 11b, 12b of the core members 11, 12 at coaxial positions and a recessed part 33 provided between the recessed parts 31, 32 and for receiving a thin film Hall element 42. After assembling a pair of core members 11, 12 and the Hall element 42 with the holder 30 as a base, each recessed part 31, 32, 33 is filled with resin for integration. Next, the whole thereof is housed inside of a shield case.</p> |
