<p>PURPOSE:To accurately determine failure happening gas sections and detect the disorder sections even when gas pressure increases due to an arc between contactors at the time of open poles of a circuit breaker in the case inner arc trouble is generated in the gas-blast circuit breaker having a plurality of gas sections. CONSTITUTION:Gas pressure sensors S11-15, S21-25 to detect gas pressure of each gas section 11-15, 21-25 of a gas insulating switchgears 1, 2 are installed and a group 5 of pressure rise detecting parts to detect gas pressure rise for each gas section based on the output signals of those sensors are installed. A protective relay work detecting part 6 to detect circuit breaker's pole opening order signals or protective relay work signals from a protective relay 3 is installed. Also, a first determining part 7 and a second determining part 8 are installed wherein the first determining part 7 determines a gas section which is out of order and whose gas pressure rises before the starting time of the circuit-breaker's pole opening to be a failure section and the second determining part 8 determines a gas section which is out of order and whose gas pressure rises to be a failure section, based on the outputs of the protective relay work detecting part 6 and the group 5 of the pressure rise detecting parts.</p> |
