<p>PURPOSE:To easily perform a parallel operation by a frequency conversion apparatus provided with a static starting device by a method wherein an induction synchronous motor which is used only in parallel with a starting operation is removed. CONSTITUTION:The title apparatus is constituted of a static starting device 4 connected to a power-supply bus 1 and of a first frequency converter 10 and a second frequency converter 20 which are connected respectively to the power- supply bus 1, a load bus 2 and the static starting device 4. Synchronous motor 11, 21 and synchronous generators 12, 22 are installed coaxially inside the first frequency converter 10 and the second frequency converter 20. Then, a parallel operation can be performed easily by the static starting device 4 by using data on positions of rotors for the synchronous motors 11, 21, and a parallel operation can be performed easily by a rotor-position-coincidence detection means 5 by using data on positions of rotors for the synchronous generators 12, 22.</p> |
