PURPOSE:To shorten the asynchronous operation time of a base station controller. CONSTITUTION:Data at low data transfer rate transmitted from a maintenance monitoring device 1 through a cable are stored in data storage areas 9 and 10 installed inside a base station controller 2. After the storage is completed, the stored data are transferred to a main storage device 5 or 6 but since the transfer can be performed at high rate at such a time, the main storage devices 5 and 6 are asynchronously operated just during the high-rate transfer term. When the data transfer from the data storage areas 9 or 10 to the main storage devices 5 or 6 is completed, the main storage devices 5 and 6 are recovered to the synchronous operations. |
