PURPOSE:To attain high speed information transfer by enabling transfer apparently only by a reading operation. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an information recording medium 102 which records information, outside recording medium connecting means 109 for conneecting an outside information recording medium, and control means 104 having the both functions of a first function which simultaneously operates the writing operation of information to the outside information recording medium connected with the outside recording medium connecting means 109 according to the reading operation and/or reading operation of the information to the information recording medium 102, and a second function which simultaneously operates the update of reading positions or writing positions in the information recording medium 102 and/or the outside information recording medium connected with the outside storage medium connecting means 109 according to the reading operation and/or writing operation of the information to the information storage medium 102 or the outside information recording medium. |
