<p>PURPOSE:To maintain the instantaneousness in the distribution of a received document to a client terminal in a server device. CONSTITUTION:When no client identifier is inputted to a secondary address, a past transmitter's address in a communication record file is retrieved (step S4-1) and the retrieval contents are compared (step S4-2) with the transmitter's address (secondary address). When it is judged (step S4-3 where a judgement result is YES)) that there is the same address with the transmitter's address with which a communication was made in the past, destination addresses (destination client terminal) in a communication recording file group having the matching address are retrieved (step S4-5), a distributing process is performed (steps S5-6 and S4-6a) by regarding the client terminal which serves as a destination most frequently among the destination client terminals as the destination of the received document.</p> |
