PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent optical transmission property, flexing resistance and environmental resistance by injecting a specified compositionin to a fluorine- containing org. polymer made shrinkable clad tube, then irradiating respectively the ultraviolet rays having a specified illuminance to gel a core composition, then curing. CONSTITUTION:The compd. consisting of 40-95 pts.wt. compd. expressed by the formula, 5-60 pts.wt. aliphat. or aliphat. urethane poly(meth)acrylate having >=2 umber (meth)acryloyloxy group in a molecule and 0.005-5 pts.wt. activation energy beam sensitive catalyst are injected into the fluorine-containing org. polymer-made shrinkable clad tube. After gelling this core composition by irradiating with the ultraviolet rays having 0.1-10mW/cm<2> UV illuminance at 350nm on outside surface of this tube for 1-30min, this core composition is irradiated with the ultraviolet rays having 100-500mW/cm<2> UV illuminance at 350nm for 10-100sec to cure. In the formula, R1 and R2 are hydrogen or methyl group, R3 is 2-5C linear or branch satd. hydrocarbon, (n) is an integer of 5-30. |
