<p>PURPOSE:To accurately and efficiently perform an accounting process for deciphered information by performing an accounting process for the information charge for the deciphered information and storing it, and displaying the deciphered information as one-page information of book information. CONSTITUTION:An information attribute decision part 12 sends attribute information on an information number, the information charge, etc., and information on a ciphered part among stored pieces of information to an information decoding part 13, information on a part which is not ciphered to a book information generation part 17, and attribute information on the information number, information charge, etc., to an information charge calculation part 14. Then the book information generation part 17 reads in basic book information out of a basic book information storage part 18, synthesizes and puts unciphered information directly sent from the information attribute decision part 12 and information ciphered by an information ciphering part 13 together in the basic book information, and displays the resulting information at an information display part 19. Therefore, the accounting process can be performed without using a communication at each time to decrease the communication quantity, and the information deciphering, displaying, and accounting processes can accurately and efficiently be performed.</p> |
