MANUFACTURE OF MUTLILAYERED SUBSTRATE

PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method by which a highly reliable multilayered substrate can be manufactured by uniformly and continuously sticking a plastic sheet having mold release characteristics to the upper and lower surfaces of a prepreg sheet so that no air reservoir nor wrinkle can be formed. CONSTITUTION:Plastic sheets 2 are stuck to the upper and lower surfaces of a prepreg sheet 1 by softening the resin component of the sheet 1 by passing the sheet 1 through spaces between remaining-heat rollers 3 and heating rollers 4 in such a state that the sheet 1 is held between the mold releasing surfaces of the plastic sheets 2 and further pressurizing the sheets 1 and 2. Since the plastic sheets 2 are stuck to the prepreg sheet 1 by pressing the sheets 2 against the sheet 1 with the rollers, air reservoirs are surely eliminated and reliability deterioration caused by air reservoirs can be prevented.
