PURPOSE:To provide a lift that facilitate the placement of a container for semiconductor wafers. CONSTITUTION:A lift includes means 7, 8 and 9 for tilting a table 2. When a container for semiconductor wafers is placed on the table, means 7, 8 and 9 are used to tilt the table toward the operator. This allows the operator to easily raise a container forward, with its opening upward, to put it on the table. Therefore, wafers are effectively prevented from jumping out of the container when it is placed on the table. |
