CONSTITUTION:An oxide superconductor 80, which constitutes a lead 50 on low temperature side, being charged with setting resin such as epoxy resin into the tubular container 7 of a lead 50 on low temperature side, said tubular container 7, and said setting resin 100 are united, whereby these withstand external force in a body when external force falls on the current lead, so the bending stress falling on the oxide superconductor 80 decreases, and the possibility of this breaking vanishes. Moreover, the cooling of the oxide superconductor 30 and the security of the passage of helium gas GHe to the lead 2 on high temperature side can be made by providing a cooling passage 81, where the helium gas GHe passes, inside the oxide superconductor. |
