PURPOSE:To conduct the remote control by using a PHP(Personal Handy Phone) by controlling an HIS(Home Information System) through the PHP. CONSTITUTION:A PHP 4 of a control side is constituted by connecting an HIS command unit 3 having a display part 1 and a control part 2, and on a master machine side, a MODEM 7, a personal computer 8 and an HIS interface (I/F) 9 are provided through a PHP base station 5 and a telephone network 6, and to the HIS I/F 9, an air conditioner, a VTR, a television, etc., which become objects to be controlled, respectively are connected. In such a state, at the time of controlling, for instance, the air conditioner from a remote location, first of all, a telephone call is made through the PHP 4, and it is connected to the MODEM 7. Subsequently, the air conditioner is selected from the HIS command unit 3, an instruction for operating this air conditioner is given, this instruction is recognized by the control part 2, and a data array is generated and sent to the MODEM 7 through the PHP 4. |
