PURPOSE:To provide a driving device capable of starting at high torque and driving at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:When the carrier 27 of a driving unit 100 is in the position of a dotted line, the rotation in the direction of the arrow (a) of a motor 2 is transmitted to a load driving shaft gear 10 via a gear train and the driving unit 100 is independently driven. When power is supplied to both of the motor 2 of the driving unit 100 and the motor 22 of a driving unit 200, the driving unit 100 drives the load driving shaft gear 10. Moreover, the rotation in the direction of the arrow (b) of the motor 22 rotates a sun gear 26 in the direction of arrow (c) via a gear train and a planetary gear 28 is rotated in the direction of the arrow (d). The carrier 27 is moved to the position of a full line and the planetary gear 28 rotates the gear 6a of the driving unit 100 in the direction of the arrow (e). Consequently, the load driving shaft gear 10 receives driving force from both of the driving units 100 and 200 to drive the load at the speed higher when that only from the driving unit 100. |
