PURPOSE:To perform exclusive control so that plural persons can operate common data at the same time when having a conference on the basis of the common data, to know the relation between the operators who are having the conference and the common data, and to store the history of conferences and make it possible to take a view of it. CONSTITUTION:The cooperative operation assistance system, equipped with work stations(B) that the operators use, a common data management part 3 which manages the common data, and a common window for performing operation writing, correction, etc., over a look at the same data for cooperative operation, such as a comference, is provided with a conference data management part 8 which manages data for the conference data including conference data to be arranged and data regarding the execution of the conference (time, attendants, history, etc.) and a data storage part 9 for the conference which stores the data for the conference. |
